Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the wine tasting tour and the stunning views from the terrace. Breakfast was delicious, and overall, the location was perfect for exploring. The staff were helpful and the rooms were spacious. Don’t miss out on trying the spa, it's worth it!
However, we did experience some issues with noise from the bar nearby. Our first night was a bit rough with loud music until late, but thankfully we were moved to a quieter area after that.

The breakfast selection was excellent and varied.
Our experience was quite disappointing. We booked a triple room with the expectation of two beds as described, yet we were given a king bed instead. When we approached the staff about this issue, they blamed us for not specifying our request, leaving us feeling gaslighted. Additionally, the air conditioning system was confusing and uncomfortable, leaving us too cold or too hot throughout the night. Parking was unclear as well. while we thought there would be on-site parking, we had to park outside the town, which made us feel uneasy.

I had a lovely stay at Palazzo Leopoldo. The views from my room were breathtaking, showcasing the rolling hills of Tuscany. The breakfast spread impressed me. homemade pastries and fresh fruit made for a delightful start each day. Staff greeted me with warm, welcoming smiles, making me feel right at home. I enjoyed the charming Tuscan decor throughout the hotel, adding to the inviting atmosphere. One downside was the WiFi connection. it was quite spotty, which made it hard to stay connected. The parking situation was a bit inconvenient too. I had to park outside the town, which wasn't a huge issue but could be bothersome for others. I also struggled with the air conditioning unit. It was a smart system that I couldn't quite figure out, leaving me uncomfortable at times. Still, the spacious room and views made up for those minor inconveniences.

We had a lovely time! Our suite was spacious with a stunning view, and we appreciated the tranquility of the private pool area.
But do you really need to research how to open the ancient wooden doors? I mean, a little light exercise is great, but not when I'm trying to escape in a hurry!
